We have collated a list of questions that we get asked the most in DM. Below you’ll find the answers to these questions. If you can’t find the answer here, check the latest hub or the tour card sign up page (both in the menu)

Registration to leagues, qualifiers, and majors are mandatory because we don’t want to create competitions only for there to be a large amount of no-shows and there being byes all over the place.
Check the registration page for the event and see if your name is featured on the entry list. If you have filled in the form after the latest update, please wait until the next time the list is updated.
After registering for a tour card you will receive an email to confirm your subscription. Whilst we have made every effort to make our emails ‘inbox friendly’, some email accounts often throw genuine emails into spam, so please check your spam folders.
Yes, please email Darts@gdl180.com with any details you would like changed.
The grades for the Online World Tour are based on averages. Our current grades are:
- under 54avg.
- 54-63.9avg.
- 64avg. and over
When you sign up, you’re asked to provide screenshot(s) of your average. When you do this, it should give you a good idea of what grade you’ll be placed in.
All ranking points will be forfeited.

You can play your next game when you find out your next opponent and mutually agree a date and time to play. Only finals can be played once the admin gives permission.
In order to access the app you need to create an account. If you have a tour card, or have recently registered for one, you can choose the tour card holders & affiliate member group option
Make sure you have created a separate account for the chat. The app login and the chat login are not linked.
If you are unable to create an account for some reason, email darts@gdl180.com and we’ll do our best to help.
You don’t need one. We will allocate you to the correct chat as soon as possible.
Push notifications are not supported by the chat function, but email notifications will be sent when:
- Somebody mentions you
- You’re invited to join a group
- Somebody sends a DM*
*Email notifications for DMs are only sent when you are offline. Offline status will occur after 10 minutes of inactivity.
You can pay annually or monthly. UK Tour Card holders can visit https://gdl180.com/dd-setup to get setup. Non UK Tour Card Holders, please email darts@gdl180.com to discuss your options.
You don’t need to record your games but a lot of players do so. This can be useful if there are any concerns or if you hit a 9 darter!!!
