If you have any questions or problems, please use the form below and we will respond as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours of the ticket being submitted, but the vast majority of the time, it’s much quicker than this.

If you are submitting an extension request for a GDL tour game, we will be asking for all the following information.

You should already have this when raising the extension ticket:

  1. Ask your current opponent if they agree to playing this round late.
  2. Ask your current opponent that, should they win the game against you, they agree to play the next game before the deadline of the next round (and obviously you’ll need to agree to play by the deadline should you win).
  3. Ask your next opponent if they agree to having their window to play the next round shortened. You can find your next opponent(s) contact details by clicking on their name(s) in the knockout bracket.
  4. Send screenshots of all your conversations with your current and next round opponent(s) when you’ve spoken to them.

If these four steps are all completed satisfactorily then you can play the game late, otherwise we’ll have to explore other avenues to sort this out.

Please note that your ticket may be closed without action if you provide insufficient information. If this is the case, we will inform you by email and you will need to raise a new ticket
