If you have any questions or problems, please use the form below and we will respond as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours of the ticket being submitted, but the vast majority of the time, it’s much quicker than this.

If you are submitting an extension request for a GDL tour game, we will be asking for all the following information. It would be very useful if you could follow these steps before raising a ticket!

1) Please ask your current opponent if they’re okay with playing late

2) Also ask your current opponent if they’re okay to play the next game before the deadline of the next round if they win (and obviously you’ll need to play by the deadline if you win)

3) Please ask your next opponent if they’re okay to have their window to play shortened. You can find the next opponent(s)’ contact details by clicking on their name in the knockout bracket.

Please note that your ticket may be closed without action if you provide insufficient information. If this is the case, we will inform you by email and you will need to raise a new ticket
